After capturing the perfect video in 2017, I have tried a couple times. Because I nor most people wanna carry a tripod I placed a couple camera holders.
Mistake, I did not focus once and turn the camera on manual. The camera continued to re-focus and you can see it popping in and out
I placed the camera on a mount on the rail and people along the line climbed, n bumped it jarring the camera.
I was thinking perfectly clear sky, but this time there were a bit of moving clouds, that glowed with a golden beauty.
To make the sun larger you need a big telephoto. I used a 300 not zoomed all the way.
This took 28 minutes to record and I squeezed it into about 40 seconds. It is the method to produce dramatic cloud movement HERE https://youtu.be/HTZwfRU1YOY .
I used free music from the Google Library, but the goal is for our locals to compose, play and sing . The lyrics about standing on our turf at sunset watching the visitors and imagining what brings them here, what they are feeling.. poetic ideas kind of like John Denver.
I take pics of lots of strangers, never know what they are thinking.. a few grumpy, some willing and some really appreciate photos I take of them.
The video should be a music story about this place and those who come here.
After editing the video to the length, removing audio, street sounds, people talking maybe dog's barking. I looked for music that lasted that long. The video was shorter than the audio so I pasted some cool photos from the seasons.
For this paged I used a silhouette of me n my pup taken by a fb pal who visits with her little doggy.
I have met a couple guys with drones, that is a segment I would like to include on a nice night with the visitors soaking in the atmosphere.
